Who is Carla De Lira?
Carla (she/they) is a proud Chicana who was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA from a working-class family. She understands how it feels to be underrepresented and is determined to ensure every voice is heard. She is running for Pullman City Council on behalf of students, renters, and workers who need a strong, dedicated, and passionate ally.
